Our Commitment

We value your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 60-day return or exchange policy from the date of delivery.

⚠️ Important Return Instructions

PLEASE DO NOT MAIL RETURNS TO OUR COMPANY OFFICE ADDRESS.
We operate from a separate administrative office that cannot receive packages.
Returns sent to our office address will be lost or refused, and we will be unable to process your refund or exchange.

How to Return an Item

• Contact us first at service@fansjerseyhub.comwith your order number and reason for return.
• We will provide you with the correct return warehouse address and a Return Authorization (RA) number.
• Ship your return to the provided address with the RA number clearly marked on the package.

Return Conditions

Refunds & Costs

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
• Return shipping costs and custom duties are the customer’s responsibility.
• We do not refund original shipping fees (unless the item was defective or incorrect).

Exchanges

• Exchanges are available for non-customized items of equal value.
• If exchanging for a higher-priced item, you must pay the price difference and reshipping fee.
• For size exchanges, choose one option:

Option 1: Return & Reship

• You ship the original item back to our warehouse (at your cost).
• We ship the new size (you pay reshipping fee).

Option 2: Repurchase Discount

• Pay a $20 reprocessing fee (or 50% of the new item’s cost if higher).
• We ship the new size immediately without returning the original item.
• Contact us to apply this option.
